Business Intelligence Analyst (Contractor)

Location: Remote in the U.S., with the option to work onsite at the San Francisco, CA headquarters.

What you will do

• Create client-facing analyses in collaboration with Product, Strategic Analytics, Client Success, and Sales.
• Build data products from scratch and automate reusable analytical code.
• Use extensive healthcare datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns of medical professionals.
• Manipulate large datasets to support data-driven decisions and uncover meaningful insights.
• Develop presentation, communication, and advanced technical capabilities through increasingly complex analytical work.

Requirements

• Three years of relevant experience demonstrating collaboration, reliability, precision, curiosity, and respect for teammates and clients.
• Excellent SQL skills, including creating and evaluating complex queries across numerous tables and relationships.
• Fluent Python and experience with numpy, pandas, statsmodels, and matplotlib for exploratory data analysis.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from the U.S. or onsite at the San Francisco headquarters.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of statistics and data visualization.
• Experience with data visualization tools and advanced Excel.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and building AI-leveraged workflows.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience presenting data to non-technical audiences.
