Head of VIP, Asia (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong; remote. Travel of up to 30% across Asia is required for strategic client meetings, events, and conferences.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop VIP relationship managers across Asia while remaining hands-on with strategic clients.
• Build the regional VIP growth operating model, including territory coverage, segmentation, referrals, events, and performance reporting.
• Own growth across net deposits, client assets, trading volume, retention, revenue, and pipeline conversion.
• Originate and convert high-value clients through direct outreach, introducers, family offices, trading firms, OTC desks, funds, miners, and investor communities.
• Manage hirify.global’s most important private-client relationships and bring spot, margin, futures, OTC, lending, yield, earn, and tokenized-equity solutions to market.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, Client Service, and Operations to improve the client experience and launch regional initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in VIP relationship management, private banking, brokerage, private-client sales, account management, or business development, including meaningful crypto or digital-assets experience.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience combined with hands-on ownership of strategic clients and revenue opportunities.
• Strong personal network among Asia’s crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities, especially across Greater China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Singapore.
• Proven experience originating and converting new business, with deep knowledge of crypto market structure and trading solutions.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience managing assets, deposits, revenue, trading volume, retention, pipeline, and portfolio-growth KPIs.
• Native or near-native Mandarin and fluent English required. Sound judgment is required when operating across regulated Asian jurisdictions and engaging Compliance and Risk partners.
