Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes/AWS)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $200,000–$250,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS with a focus on reliability, performance, and security.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform or Pulumi.
• Configure and maintain crypto nodes across multiple blockchains.
• Optimize database infrastructure handling terabytes of blockchain data.
• Improve uptime, monitoring, and observability with Datadog and OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate with backend and product teams on feature development and system scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an SRE or Software Engineer role.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
• Solid experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or OpenTelemetry.
