Senior Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote with flexible working hours; distributed across five continents and eight time zones.

What you will do

• Translate real customer problems into product solutions and decide what to build.
• Prototype interfaces with AI design tools and implement product logic with agentic coding tools.
• Ship staging and production releases, gather customer feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Develop across the stack, including TypeScript and React interfaces, backend integrations, and infrastructure.
• Use production AI systems and evaluate agents, latency, and failure modes.
• Work asynchronously with founders and colleagues while owning priorities and focus blocks.

Requirements

• Demonstrable public proof of shipped software, such as repositories, side projects, or products with users.
• Experience putting AI into production, including practical views on agents, evaluations, latency, and failure modes.
• Fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, MCP, or custom harnesses.
• Strong design judgment and the ability to turn ideas into working interfaces without a dedicated designer.
• Generalist full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, backend integrations, and infrastructure.
• Clear written communication through READMEs, pull requests, and post-mortems.
