Lead Inventory Coordinator

Location: Fontana, California, United States; onsite in a manufacturing plant

Salary: $21.61–$29.18 USD per hour

What you will do

• Oversee inventory processes and lead assigned warehouse employees.
• Train department personnel and provide support with technical issues and assignments.
• Manage SKU creation, updates, edits, and activation or deactivation in the ERP system.
• Run ERP reports to resolve open and overdue orders and pick lists.
• Coordinate stock transfer orders, damaged materials, receiving handoffs, and RMA information.
• Conduct audits, cycle counts, physical inventory checks, material staging, and process improvement activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate work appropriately.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit at a computer, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
• PPE is required on the production floor, including gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection.
