Enterprise Data Analyst Spec

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Annual base pay: $102,000–$184,300, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data components for projects.
• Manage services for health technology and divisional analytics teams.
• Lead projects and coordinate data and analytics delivery activities.
• Manage requirements and support prototyping activities.
• Apply knowledge of system architecture, big data technologies, and data processing environments.
• Simplify and standardize complex concepts and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of data and analytics experience, or technical certification/college coursework and 9 years of experience, or 11 years of data and analytics experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading projects.
• Experience with requirements management and/or prototyping.
• Knowledge of system architecture, big data and analytical technologies, and data processing environments.
• Knowledge of Agile project management, SDLC, iterative, and Scrum development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and business acumen.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
