Program Analytics and Governance Manager (Enterprise PMO Operations)

Location: US - Massachusetts; hybrid work with required on-site work from an hirify.global office. Other listed location: San Diego, California. Travel under 10%.

Annual base salary: $114,800.00–$172,175.00, with potential incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other drug-delivery solutions.

What you will do

• Analyze and monitor operational data covering resources, projects, assignments, time reporting, access, and portfolio reporting.
• Build Clarity reports, dashboards, data extracts, and operational views for PMO, Finance, and leadership.
• Monitor data quality, investigate inconsistencies and process gaps, and maintain resource and project records.
• Run recurring time-reporting and approval processes, including readiness checks, reminders, and exception follow-up.
• Partner with IT, Finance, HR, support teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve data, reporting, access, and process questions.
• Support governance, intake, cross-system data alignment, access reviews, control evidence, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data processing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in PMO operations, reporting, or data analysis.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with a project portfolio tool such as Clarity, Smartsheet, or Planview.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and business partners.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with required on-site work from an hirify.global office in the United States.

Nice to have

• Clarity administration or reporting experience.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum, or Microsoft Power BI certification.
• Experience in medical device or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, and SAP.
