Senior Fullstack Cloud-Native Developer

Location: 100% onsite, five days per week in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

What you will do

• Design and implement modern, responsive, accessible user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React, Angular, or Vue.
• Translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, intuitive interfaces, and reusable design systems.
• Build scalable cloud-native backend services using Python, Java, C#, or Go, including microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Integrate data pipelines, analytics tools, and content delivery processes with data engineering teams.
• Develop automated testing and CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and systems engineering teams.
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical design reviews, Agile workflows, performance optimization, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years, Master’s degree with 7+ years, or PhD with 4+ years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI national security clearance are required.
• Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado, five days per week.
• At least four years of backend development experience with Python, Java, or C#, plus front-end development experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, cloud development, automated testing and delivery, AWS, Azure, or DAF Cloudworks.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile Scrum, JMeter, Selenium, Jest, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization.

Nice to have

• UI/UX design experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate, AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, CPACC, or practical front-end certifications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring experience.
