Enrollment Specialist (Oncology)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in Rhode Island or the Greater Boston Area. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern, with flexibility for evening or weekend coverage.

Base salary: $60,000–$70,000, plus a potential $10,000–$15,000 commission based on performance and enrollment targets.

What you will do

• Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective patients and caregivers.
• Introduce Daymark’s services and guide patients through the enrollment process.
• Respond to inbound communications, triage requests, and connect patients with the appropriate team members.
• Obtain patient consent, complete enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent needs to clinical teams.
• Share patient and provider feedback, referral trends, and access barriers with internal teams.
• Work a structured schedule to maintain patient access and meet enrollment goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enrollment, patient outreach, call center, or SDR roles involving high phone volume.
• Empathetic, professional communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients and providers.
• Strong organization, initiative, attention to detail, and adaptability in a changing startup environment.
• Experience documenting in a CRM such as Salesforce and using Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and EHR systems.
• Must be based in Rhode Island or the Greater Boston Area.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and compliance with the employee vaccination and testing policy are required by the start date.
