Transcon Agent (Weekend Day Hybrid, Mon, Fri, Sat-Sun. 4 10's) (Logistics)

Location: Franklin, Wisconsin, United States. Hybrid schedule: Monday and Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am to 7:00pm; Tuesday through Thursday off.

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow and delivery.
• Enter operational data accurately and maintain updated internal procedures.
• Track and trace transcontinental files and prepare reports.
• Coordinate customer shipments and maintain service standards.
• Manage client and vendor billing, clearance activities, compliance, and KPI performance.
• Communicate with suppliers and respond promptly to network, email, and customer requests.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Understanding of ocean documentation processes is an advantage.
