Transcon Agent (Weekend night hybrid. Monday and Friday 7pm to 6am, Saturday and Sunday 6pm to 7am, off Tues-Thurs)

Location: Franklin, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid weekend night shift. Monday and Friday: 7:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; Tuesday through Thursday off.

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter operational data accurately and maintain timely system updates.
• Track and trace transcontinental files and prepare reports.
• Coordinate freight delivery and clearance when applicable.
• Arrange shipments with customers and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Manage billing, email communications, compliance, internal procedures, and KPI performance.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English with effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and proactive working style.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work the specified hybrid weekend night schedule in Franklin, Wisconsin.
