Venue Analytics Intern

Location: In-person at the Chicago offices in Fulton Market, Chicago, IL, USA

Salary: $17.05–$20.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Support Food & Beverage analytics through custom data requests, tour insight reports, research requests, testing recaps, and data quality checks.
• Organize and maintain post-show event recap data for timely and accurate performance reporting.
• Assist with data dictionaries, business definitions, and documentation.
• Review AI-assisted data-cleansing outputs and escalate ambiguous records.
• Assist with Tableau dashboard and dataset maintenance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Completed or currently completing junior-year coursework.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, nested formulas, and logical formulas.
• Ability to communicate across organizational levels and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for live music is required.
• Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not require employer visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau and data visualization.
• Understanding of relational databases, data warehouses, and basic SQL.
• Experience using large language models to improve day-to-day efficiency.
