Business Intelligence Analyst (AI)

Location: Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States; up to 10% travel within the Americas.

Salary: $72,800–$100,100 per year at commencement of employment, with possible commissions, incentive compensation, discretionary awards, and benefits.

hirify.global is hiring a business intelligence professional to support analytics, sales planning, lead generation, and business performance improvement.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Analytics Studio, or similar tools.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify qualified leads aligned with customer profiles and buyer personas.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and business stakeholders on incentive compensation, performance measurement, and annual sales goal planning.
• Develop AI- and machine-learning-driven forecasting models for strategic planning and performance improvement.
• Analyze prospecting activity, campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales funnel metrics to identify pipeline growth opportunities.
• Research business operations, collect quantitative data, and apply data modeling to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with data manipulation.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Tableau or similar analytics tools and experience with AI analytics tools.
• Ability to work with ambiguous data environments, collaborate with internal stakeholders, mine data, and communicate concise insights.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
