Salary: $117,436.80–$176,155.20 annual salary; Bay Area range: $135,054.00–$202,592.00 annual salary.

What you will do

• Translate ambiguous business and clinical questions into actionable, data-driven solutions.
• Lead strategic analytics projects and cross-functional project teams.
• Build predictive models, forecasts, operational reports, and analytical proof-of-concepts.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of operating performance and communicate findings to executive audiences.
• Determine analytical methodologies independently and mentor other analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business administration, healthcare analytics or management, statistics, economics, finance, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 8 years of recent relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare strategy.
• Experience leading analytical projects and cross-functional teams independently.
• Healthcare operations, finance, or clinical quality domain expertise.
• Advanced skills in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, prioritization, and project management skills.
