Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Site Finance team, including performance management and capability building.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and compliance for in-country legal entities, including statutory audits.
• Own and steer the Rolling Financial Forecast for the site.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, analysis, and financial insights for senior leadership.
• Build fact-based business cases and financial analyses for the Site GM and executive management.
• Design and monitor business controls, cost transparency, scenario planning, and factory performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance and Controlling.
• Relevant finance and business-process experience in a volume manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse and solid SAP FI/CO expertise.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, results-oriented approach with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountancy qualification.
• Master's degree.
