What you will do
- Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis to evaluate customer creditworthiness and risk exposure.
- Recommend credit terms, monitor credit limits, and process credit hold release requests in line with company policies.
- Prepare reporting on credit exposure, utilization, and key credit performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models and support data-driven credit decisions.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Collections, Operations, Data Governance, and Business Unit stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Drive automation, AI, process improvement, system enhancement, UAT, and transformation initiatives while maintaining credit controls and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment methodologies, and customer credit recommendations.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Nice to have
- ACCA, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or Shared Services environment.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Experience with automation, AI-driven solutions, credit analytics, system implementation, testing, or transformation projects.
