What you will do

  • Lead annual operating plans, forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly performance reviews for Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Provide financial analysis, business insights, recommendations, and decision support to country leadership teams.
  • Develop financial models, scenario plans, and investment analyses for commercial and operational initiatives.
  • Partner with commercial, marketing, medical, supply chain, operations, HR, and regional finance stakeholders on pricing, profitability, productivity, and resource allocation.
  • Drive financial governance, risk assessments, controls, process standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple markets.
  • Provide functional leadership to finance resources and lead cross-functional, cross-country projects.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or management reporting.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, management reporting, P&L, sales, pricing, margin, and cost management skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple markets or working in a matrix organization is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP, planning, and business intelligence tools is advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills are required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-country collaboration skills.
