Performance Controller (Energy)

What you will do

• Act as a business controlling and reporting partner for the Grid Technologies business unit.
• Coordinate financial topics, analyze data, perform deviation analysis, and evaluate cost structures.
• Support monthly and year-end closing, annual budget planning, forecasting, and cost-center monitoring.
• Prepare performance reports, provide transparency on financial performance, and recommend management actions.
• Manage currency risks and support financial planning, reporting, and cost-controlling activities.
• Drive reporting automation, optimize reporting tools, support digitalization, and handle special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in reporting and controlling roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI for data analysis.
• Strong analytical, commercial, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in complex, changing, interdisciplinary, and international environments.
