Senior Lead, ServiceNow ITOM

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of CMDB and CSDM strategies, including CI classes, attributes, dependencies, and service mapping.
• Manage the ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping lifecycle, including MID servers, network and security settings, probes, patterns, credentials, and schedules.
• Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors, and scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
• Identify and implement GenAI and Agentic Workflow opportunities for alert analysis, remediation, and data anomaly detection.
• Oversee CMDB health, data normalization, reconciliation, and self-healing IT environment initiatives.
• Translate infrastructure challenges into scalable solutions while aligning technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep technical proficiency with ServiceNow, including platform data structures and ITOM Visibility.
• Advanced JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, PowerShell, Business Rules, and Flow Designer skills.
• Expertise in Discovery patterns, credentials, error handling, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, ITAM, VR, and ITIL.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, virtualization, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, data quality governance, and driving consensus across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML-assisted features and Agentic Workflows.
