Solution Operations Associate Director (Healthcare)

Salary: $86,000–$239,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Translate product strategy and business direction into scalable operating models, service processes, policies, and client-facing execution plans.
• Connect product, solutions management, account management, client service, and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution.
• Establish operating cadences, service standards, procedures, and commercial guidance, including pricing and discounting practices.
• Use customer feedback and operational performance data to identify service gaps, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, change management, stakeholder decisions, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Develop training, enablement, and communications while providing leadership to client service professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of experience in operations, product operations, client services, service delivery, information services, or a related field.
• Experience translating product or business strategy into operational processes and customer-facing execution.
• Experience evaluating operational performance, mitigating risks, improving processes, and leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, business acumen, change leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Management or team leadership experience; healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare data experience is preferred.

• Prior hirify.global client service experience.
• Experience in data- or information-intensive industries.
