Financial Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

What you will do

• Run and maintain monthly financial reporting packages.
• Develop new reports, data sources, and forecasting tools for business decision-making.
• Implement reporting guidelines and automation improvements across existing reports.
• Collaborate with Enterprise D&D Finance and the Reporting Center of Excellence to identify gaps and build solutions.
• Document reporting processes and standard operating procedures.
• Support ad hoc financial reporting and analytics projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance-related data reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Finance, Analytics, or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and financial data analysis skills.
• Highly proficient in Power BI or a similar BI dashboard tool and Excel, including pivot tables, macros, formulas, modeling, and charts.
• Experience analyzing forecasts, trends, and key metrics for business decision-making.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with data transformation tools, SQL, database interaction, IBM Planning & Analytics, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Experience with Copilot.
