Epic EHR Application Analyst 3 - Community Connect AMB (Epic EHR)

What you will do

• Define, document, build, configure, and maintain electronic health record application content.
• Create and validate functional specifications with business owners and review work produced by junior analysts.
• Perform unit, functional, and integrated testing, and prepare documentation for testing and training teams.
• Support implementation activities, application roll-outs, go-live operations, post-go-live issues, and end-user training.
• Analyze and resolve complex system issues, coordinate with vendors and product support, and manage support cases.
• Contribute to workflow design, project planning, demonstrations, mini-projects, and on-call coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience implementing, designing, or managing EHR and clinical systems.
• Experience working in a clinical setting and with clinical information systems or complex implementation teams.
• Experience across the full software development and implementation cycle, including small project management.
• Knowledge of HL7 coding standards, process redesign, business process documentation, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, multitasking, ownership, and escalation skills; EHR certification is preferred.

• Annual base salary range of $93,000–$130,000 USD.
