Epic Analyst (Epic Aura)

Location: Fully remote; work from a home office or another suitable remote location with reliable high-speed internet.

Salary: $78,408–$104,544 USD per year.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Epic Aura application needs.
• Support Epic Aura integrations from configuration and build through testing and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, operational, Epic, and customer teams to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Guide workflow design, analyze technical issues, and ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.
• Create and maintain documentation for Epic implementations and customer integration projects.
• Optimize Epic Aura in coordination with broader business initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with Epic applications.
• Active Epic certification is required, such as Ambulatory, Care Everywhere, or Beaker.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare provider workflows and the systems and staff that support them.
• Familiarity with healthcare data models and standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
• Demonstrated technical build experience, strong organization, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to understand and solve customer needs, learn quickly, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with genomics laboratories.
