Application System Analyst I - IM Support Business (Healthcare Information Systems)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite at 5101 North O Connor Boulevard. Multiple shifts are available, and travel or additional hours may be required.

What you will do

• Analyze, configure, test, document, implement, support, maintain, and optimize assigned healthcare applications.
• Analyze business requirements, workflows, process gaps, and root causes, then recommend practical solutions.
• Collaborate with end users, operational leaders, project teams, technical teams, vendors, and the Service Desk.
• Manage low- to medium-complexity projects and requests, including status reporting, testing, validation, and change control.
• Troubleshoot minor incidents, coordinate application-related code changes, and help maintain service-level agreements with vendors.
• Educate users, document processes, share vendor best practices, and support standardized workflows across ministries.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or information systems is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in application configuration, process and requirements analysis, workflow design, troubleshooting, and data gathering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, organizational, customer service, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• For Epic analyst assignments, assigned Epic module certification or proficiency must be obtained within 6 months and maintained through version training.
