Analyst - IT Applications- Epic Professional Billing

Location: Hybrid, Virtual Arizona, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with an on-call rotation and travel to hirify.global and affiliated sites.

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, support, and troubleshoot Epic Professional Billing and related enterprise applications.
• Analyze healthcare workflows, business operations, data collection, reports, and technical issues to define system requirements and recommend improvements.
• Design, test, implement, and support application files, systems, databases, master files, profiles, dictionaries, and security conventions.
• Collaborate with business operations, medical staff, stakeholders, management, leadership, and vendor support personnel.
• Support change management, project management, documentation, upgrades, patches, and incident resolution.
• Lead low- to moderate-complexity projects and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements

• Associate degree or two years of related work experience in healthcare, business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• At least three years of healthcare, consulting, or IT experience involving application software deployment and development for healthcare business, clinical, or financial systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot end-user issues, analyze workflows, manage system changes, and maintain application databases with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to any hirify.global and affiliated sites.
• Certification for the assigned application must be obtained within the designated policy timeframe.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Five years of relevant healthcare, consulting, or IT experience.
• Epic certification or certification in the clinical, revenue cycle, or business area supported by the assigned application.
