Risk & Control Specialist Senior - Enterprise Credit Portfolio Management (Fintech)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Raleigh, NC, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, or New York City

Base salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide project management governance and execution discipline for significant Enterprise Credit Portfolio Management initiatives.
• Translate objectives and commitments into executable plans with defined owners, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, and completion dates.
• Coordinate project sponsors, business owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, challenge business self-assessments, identify delivery obstacles, and drive issue resolution and consensus.
• Plan and execute risk management programs and related communication strategies across lines of business.
• Identify risk exposures and review compliance with risk management programs and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with risk management, internal controls, operational risk, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, planning, organizing, problem-solving, and process-management skills.
• Ability to work in an in-office position at one of the listed U.S. locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
