Business Risk Manager II - Contact Center

Location: Hybrid position in Buffalo, New York, United States of America

Salary: $107,500–$179,100 annual USD

What you will do

• Lead the contact center business unit’s first-line risk management planning, execution, documentation, and reporting.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, risk-based testing, internal controls, and control test approvals.
• Monitor key risk indicators and prepare reporting for business management, scenario management, and internal risk committees.
• Manage Risk Control Self-Assessments, emerging risks, loss events, new products, services, markets, and channels.
• Oversee issue management, escalation, remediation plans, risk event reporting, and policy maintenance.
• Coach and mentor staff while partnering with business management, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, and Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant work experience, or 11 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 7 relevant years.
• Experience with first-line risk management, internal controls, risk assessments, and control testing.
• Ability to manage KRI reporting, RCSAs, emerging risks, risk events, and remediation activities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid position based in Buffalo, New York.
• Experience managing, coaching, and evaluating staff.
