Prin Div Strategy Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Support short-term and long-term divisional planning for the Medicare Advantage Bid process.
• Produce and maintain value-add analytics that influence decision-making, goal setting, bid strategy, and business outcomes.
• Align regional strategies, national H-Contract strategy, and product or service-area expansion plans.
• Manage projects, technical analysis, and long-term prioritization across the bid lifecycle.
• Work with matrix partners and corporate leadership to achieve enterprise and regional growth and margin goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience in healthcare, health insurance, strategic consulting, strategic planning, business development, financial management, market research, network management, or product development; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Medicare Advantage Bid experience is required.
• Proficiency in Teradata/SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience leading and formulating strategy, working across departments, and operating in a matrixed environment.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication, business analytics, information synthesis, program management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and Tableau.
• Advanced degree such as a Juris Doctor, MBA, or MHA.
