Head of Product (AI Cloud)

Location: Hybrid in London, UK or Helsinki, Finland; remote from another country is also available. Relocation support is available for Helsinki or London.

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud covering data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams.

What you will do

• Set measurable product goals and connect company strategy to team roadmaps.
• Research customers and the market through customer conversations, usage data, support feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Prioritise product investments, evaluate build-versus-buy decisions, and define pricing, packaging, and commercial opportunities.
• Build and lead the product team while establishing effective product management practices.
• Work with engineering and cross-functional partners to define scope, sequence releases, manage dependencies, and track outcomes.
• Improve the customer journey across cloud discovery, workload deployment, access management, failure handling, and spend control while using AI tools and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Direct product experience with an inference or AI developer platform, GPU cloud, or AI training infrastructure.
• Data-driven product management skills with experience defining and tracking concrete metrics.
• Strong product and business judgement, customer engagement skills, and prioritisation experience.
• Experience building or leading a product team in an organisation developing its product management practice.
• Strong execution, writing, listening, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows, including the needs of people and agents using cloud platforms.

Nice to have

• Engineering or technical founding background.
• Experience improving a self-service developer product from first use through paid adoption and expansion.
