What you will do

• Develop and deploy marketing campaigns across Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Flow Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation, data extensions, reporting, and campaign logic.
• Use AMPScript and Handlebars to personalize emails and create dynamic content blocks.
• Build data integrations with CRM platforms, APIs, SFTP, and other external systems.
• Configure Data Extensions, Contact Builder, preference centers, data streams, data model objects, and identity resolution rulesets.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct QA, troubleshoot data quality and deliverability issues, and document development processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and general email marketing compliance principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, including cross-client rendering issues.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer.
