Partner Strategy Analyst (German Market)

What you will do

• Develop strategic initiatives and AI-powered go-to-market actions for the partner business.
• Own partner reporting for management visibility and recommend new initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate implementation with other teams.
• Build and maintain tracking systems to monitor business performance and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or graduation from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, startups, or venture capital.
• Strong interest in the technology scale-up ecosystem and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English and German required. French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
