Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote from any location; no location restrictions

hirify.global is a B2B embedded infrastructure platform that enables financial services platforms to integrate digital asset trading, custody, rewards, staking, DeFi, and NFTs through APIs.

What you will do

• Architect and develop new software features for an embedded digital-assets infrastructure platform.
• Design and build microservices in an event-driven architecture using Golang.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to set up new services.
• Build resiliency and scalability into platform components.
• Respond to production issues and alerts, troubleshooting complex systems.
• Communicate directly with client technical teams when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in fintech.
• Deep proficiency with Golang.
• Understanding of SQL and database schema design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and test clear hypotheses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, or payment-as-a-service businesses.
• Experience with digital assets.
