Senior Software Engineer - Backend (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm or Halmstad, Sweden; office-first approach with flexibility through a 4+1 model.

What you will do

• Build software features for the next generation investment platform.
• Drive ideas and develop technical concepts from a backend perspective.
• Improve the technology stack, architecture, and operational methods.
• Develop integrations with third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
• Give and receive constructive feedback while following strong engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working in a scalable, product-based environment.
• Passion for software development and collaborative product engineering.
• Fluent English is required.
• Must be a Swedish citizen or hold a valid EU work permit.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
