Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant

Location: Fully remote, with the role listed in London, United Kingdom

Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Support Power Platform implementations using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for CRM improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or MSP.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Experience delivering end-to-end CRM projects.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
