Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, with candidates required to live and work full-time in one of the listed US states or, for remote technical positions in Canada, in Ontario.

Salary: $139,000–$166,500 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for migrating the legacy quoting foundation to hirify.global’s multi-product platform.
• Sequence the retirement of legacy systems while minimizing disruption for dependent teams and customers.
• Partner with engineering, design, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to take quoting capabilities from prototype through production.
• Improve quoting experiences for agents and customers across multiple channels, reducing time to quote and friction to bind.
• Lead experiments by defining hypotheses, success metrics, and follow-up actions based on results.
• Build and scale AI-native workflows and write precise product specifications and requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with direct ownership of a funnel, platform, API, or internal tooling product.
• Experience with platform modernization or large-scale re-platforming and sequencing migrations across dependent teams.
• Technical fluency in architecture, data models, reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience building quoting, checkout, or sales workflows across agent-assisted and self-serve channels with third-party integrations.
• Hands-on SQL and business intelligence experience, such as Databricks or Looker.
• Ability to live and work full-time in an eligible US state or Ontario for remote technical positions in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
• Coding experience.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Segment, FullStory, Regal, or similar tools.
• InsurTech or FinTech background.
