Customer Success Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

What you will do

• Manage the health, growth, and long-term success of customer accounts.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and provide insights into ROI and service value.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Provide actionable customer insights and support contract expansion.
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and support roles to deliver a cohesive customer journey.
• Take full ownership of account success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, sales, customer service, customer success, or a related field.
• Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Ability to use customer success metrics and engagement indicators.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English and Dutch are required.
