Head of Financial Infrastructure Partnerships & Expansion (Digital Assets Expertise)

What you will do

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, retailers, enterprises, and governments.
• Design tailored solutions combining stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other products.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships and deployments.
• Coordinate customers, implementation partners, and internal product and business teams through complex projects.
• Define priority markets, industries, partners, use cases, KPIs, playbooks, and commercial processes.
• Build and lead the global Financial Infrastructure Expansion team and represent hirify.global with senior industry, government, and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Experience translating complex customer needs into multi-product solutions.
• Proven experience originating, structuring, and closing large strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across financial and technology organizations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and team-management skills.
