Project Delivery Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: On-site in London, United Kingdom; frequent travel to customer sites across the UK and occasional trips to Stockholm.

What you will do

• Own multiple product implementations from kickoff through go-live and early adoption.
• Build and manage structured 60–90 day rollout plans with milestones and measurable success criteria.
• Coordinate clinical, operational, IT, governance, Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Medical Operations stakeholders.
• Run project governance, weekly check-ins, steering committee updates, status reporting, and dependency management.
• Coordinate training, communications, support, and on-site readiness while tracking post-launch adoption.
• Create scalable delivery playbooks, templates, checklists, rollout packs, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience delivering projects, implementations, rollouts, or customer onboarding end to end.
• Strong stakeholder management, written communication, expectation-setting, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with implementation plans, governance, RAID, dependencies, reporting, and risk resolution.
• Healthcare experience, ideally within the NHS or private healthcare, and understanding of clinical environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites across the UK and occasionally to Stockholm.
• CV must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering digital health or SaaS implementations in regulated settings.
• Familiarity with NHS governance and information governance, including DPIA, DCB standards, or DTAC.
• Experience creating playbooks or repeatable delivery processes.
• Curiosity about responsible AI implementation in healthcare.

Hiring process

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
• Interview with the Head of Medical Operations UK&I, followed by a case study with Medical Operations and Project Delivery Specialists.
• Working day at the London office, with a background check before hiring.
