Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, highly available, secure, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Build and operate cloud-native platforms with Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm, ArgoCD, KEDA, Karpenter, and related CNCF tools.
• Maintain and optimize internal CI/CD infrastructure and toolchain automation across the product lifecycle.
• Deliver infrastructure services for product teams and provide expert technical support.
• Address company-wide networking, logging, observability, database performance, and scaling challenges.
• Transition agentic prototypes into reliable production services and document architectural decisions and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, highly available infrastructure.
• Production experience with Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm, and ArgoCD.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
• Expertise in AWS, Linux, Bash, Python, networking, CI/CD pipelines, relational databases, and observability solutions.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in dynamic startup or scale-up environments, agile workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• AWS or Terraform certifications, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, WAFs, and familiarity with SOC2 or ISO27001.
• Experience with distributed processing frameworks such as Ray or Anyscale.
• Knowledge of KEDA, Karpenter, and infrastructure for LLM-based applications or AI agents.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as KAgent and AI-agent security risks.
