What you will do

  • Lead data transformation programmes across data, operations and business change.
  • Improve data processes, controls and operating models.
  • Drive business ownership and accountability for data.
  • Work with operational teams to embed new ways of working.
  • Lead change from design through implementation and into BAU.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data transformation, operations and business change.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in the London Area, United Kingdom.
