Programme Business Change and Communications Lead

What you will do

• Plan and implement business change and communications plans for operating model transformation programmes.
• Own review and sign-off processes for communication strategies, plans, and related materials.
• Work with workstream leads and subject matter experts to develop communications supporting the introduction of new IT services.
• Coordinate with internal communications, brand, intranet, and design teams to support user transition.
• Provide programme updates, highlight delivery risks, and coordinate training for internal users.
• Organise engagement sessions including show-and-tells, interest groups, working groups, and drop-in sessions.

Requirements

• Experience creating, running, and delivering business engagement sessions.
• Experience managing external communications, including emails, intranet updates, and briefing decks.
• Experience maintaining business change and communications artefacts such as strategies, logs, and models.
• Ability to work with client teams to manage business change activities outside existing roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Ability to work pragmatically in rapidly changing environments while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
