Head of Demo Strategy & Product Experiences (Cybersecurity)

Location: Cambridge Office, United Kingdom; hybrid work with two days per week in the Cambridge office

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the interactive demo ecosystem and product sandbox environment.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Enablement, Analysts, and go-to-market teams to gather requirements and deliver demo solutions.
• Lead the transition from scripted walkthroughs to accessible live sandbox demonstrations.
• Oversee interactive demos, customer journeys, attack simulations, product scenarios, training materials, videos, and enablement content.
• Use demo experiences to identify product gaps, support adoption, and strengthen product storytelling.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of two technical content specialists.

Requirements

• Proven experience coaching, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong product or programme management skills, including roadmap development and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical content, demos, training programmes, or similar initiatives.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging experiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, self-directed approach to delivery.

Nice to have

• Background in technical enablement, education, e-learning, or multimedia content production.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts, products, or technical domains.
• Experience with Reprise, Storylane, Navattic, or similar demo capture and product experience platforms.
• Understanding of video production, graphic assets, subtitles, and training content creation.
