Forward Deployed AI Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Frame business challenges, design algorithms, implement models, and deploy scalable AI and analytics solutions end to end.
• Apply data science methods and analytics to real-world business situations across industries, including topics such as climate change.
• Partner with clients across BCG regions and industries to design, build, and deploy innovative solutions.
• Distill complex results and processes into clear visualizations and explain advanced data science concepts to clients and colleagues.
• Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and take responsibility for client-facing project delivery and team leadership.

Requirements

• Client-facing experience and ambition to lead teams.
• Significant experience applying advanced analytics to varied business situations and synthesizing complex data.
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations, with the ability to translate them into business implications.
• Experience building solutions with modern development tools and writing code collaboratively.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Czech or Slovak and English at C1/C2 level.
• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• Programming experience in Python.
