Junior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model, 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week.

What you will do

• Build and maintain predictive and prescriptive machine learning models for enterprise business use cases.
• Engineer model-ready datasets and support data pipelines, model maintenance, and model registries.
• Interpret model outputs and translate complex findings into actionable business insights.
• Present project findings to business stakeholders and collaborate across multiple business units.
• Maintain and update deployed models using AWS SageMaker.
• Analyze business use cases to identify requirements and opportunities for data science solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, economics, business analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong Python and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, machine learning models, dataset engineering, and model maintenance.
• Knowledge of linear and nonlinear programming, optimization techniques, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and Agile development practices.
