What you will do

• Maintain the project Safety Plan and manage safety activities across the EGNOS programme lifecycle.
• Lead the Safety and Dependability team of approximately five people and coordinate workload, task allocation, reviews, and deliverable approval.
• Assess the validation of system-level and lower-level safety requirements, including derived and security requirements.
• Review safety-related deliverables and assess technical facts and anomalies reported by IVQ.
• Represent hirify.global in safety boards with ESA and participate in Non-conformance Review Boards.
• Manage weekly RAMS meetings and coordinate collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Knowledge of RAMS engineering processes, methods, and tools.
• Experience with MIL-HDBK-217F+N2, FIDES, ECSS dependability and safety standards, and DO 254/278.
• Experience in ESA or large navigation projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Must be eligible to obtain or already hold the required security clearance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GNSS signal processing techniques and statistical data analysis.
• Experience in aircraft, helicopter, or railway safety domains.
