Sub System Responsible Hydraulic and Flight Control (M/F) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Assume responsibility for flight control, hydraulics, and actuation systems throughout the product life cycle.
• Develop system requirements, specifications, concepts, and detailed designs for helicopter flight control and hydraulic systems.
• Design and size hydraulic components including actuators, pumps, and valves, and integrate them into helicopters.
• Plan and manage development and research projects with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners.
• Produce CATIA V5 assembly studies, detailed designs, and manufacturing drawings.
• Prepare qualification, certification, maintenance, and continuing-airworthiness documentation, and support product improvements and production non-conformity treatment.

Requirements

• Master’s or diploma degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in development and project management.
• Expert English language skills.
• Knowledge of metallic materials, manufacturing processes, surface treatments, and mechanical and hydraulic system simulation.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities is required.
• Willingness to collaborate in an international French-German working environment.
