Sub System Responsible Hydraulic and Flight Control (M/F) (Aerospace): Designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining civil and military helicopter flight control, hydraulic, and actuation systems with an accent on lifecycle responsibility, certification, and system requirements. Focus on managing development projects, integrating systems in CATIA V5, generating certification documentation, and assuring continuing airworthiness.
Location: Marignane, Marseille area, France; onsite at the Marignane site

What you will do
- Own hydraulic, flight control, and actuation systems across the full product life cycle, considering cost, certification, manufacturing, and maintainability.
- Develop system requirements and create concept and detailed designs.
- Plan and manage development and research projects with internal teams, external partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Integrate systems into helicopters and perform assembly and integration studies using CATIA V5.
- Prepare certification documentation, maintain continuing airworthiness, manage obsolescence, and implement product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in development, project management, and hydraulic systems.
- Master’s degree or equivalent diploma in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- Ability to simulate mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Expert English proficiency required.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a transnational French-German environment.
- The position is based onsite in Marignane, France, and requires security clearance.
