Customer Services - Aircraft Maintenance and Technical Data Engineer on Avionics Systems H/F (aircraft maintenance and avionics technical data): Developing and maintaining aircraft maintenance documentation for customers with an accent on avionics systems, technical data analysis, and configuration-specific documentation. Focus on analyzing design changes, securing the completeness of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, coordinating with engineering and design offices, and managing customer maintenance queries.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain aircraft maintenance documentation used by airlines, MROs, and lessors.
- Answer customer queries, implement maintenance instruction changes, and participate in customer meetings.
- Analyze drawings and design modifications to identify impacts on IPC, AMM, and TSM maintenance manuals.
- Manage source data planning, technical verification, and incorporation while challenging design offices on input quality and planning.
- Secure compliance with safety rules, quality processes, and Technical Data guidelines, escalating risks related to priority, cost, and quality.
- Collaborate with Engineering, customer services, design offices, airlines, and subcontractors across programs.
Requirements
- Master's or engineering degree with proven experience in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of aeronautics, aircraft maintenance, and aircraft systems and configuration.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, risk and opportunity management, and continuous improvement skills.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of avionics systems and ATA 23, 31, 34, 42, 45, and 46 systems.
- Aircraft configuration management experience.
- Project management experience.
