Management Accountant

Location: On-site at the head office in Sheffield, UK

What you will do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring supplier bills and incoming payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly financial close activities across the group.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports and grant reports with supporting documentation for partners.
• Manage employee expenses, prepayment cards, and related reconciliations in the accounting system.
• Update the ERP system with bank, supplier, client, fixed-asset, and inventory transactions.
• Support subsidiary finance teams, respond to ad hoc requests, and improve finance processes.

Requirements

• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ability to complete financial close activities and quarterly data checks accurately and on time.
• Ability to prepare financial and grant reports with complete supporting documentation.
• Ability to accurately process bank transactions, staff expenses, and prepayment-card activity in accounting software.
• Ability to manage fixed assets and inventory records.
• Ability to work on-site at the Sheffield, UK head office.
