What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Monitor support queues, identify tickets, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Resolve issues involving financial calculations, market transaction processing, file interface automation, and data reconciliation.
• Investigate missing client files, processing alerts, and other incidents, coordinating resolution with technical partners.
• Provide product support, facilitate user training, communicate incidents, and participate in client governance forums.
• Document customer interactions and recurring issues and escalate complex technical matters to subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Experience in fintech or financial services is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a queue-based support environment and following structured processes and templates.
• Bachelor’s degree in FinTech, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or currently completing degree requirements; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Work location: Poland, POL WRO 12 FLR4.
