SAP Procurement Architect (SCM)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; other listed locations include Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk, and Krakow. Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Define and govern the Procurement solution architecture across SAP MM, Ariba, VIM, and MDG.
• Maintain global Procurement template consistency while governing regional variations.
• Lead architecture reviews and resolve design conflicts across program streams.
• Guide Procurement Leads through the Japan rollout and SCM deployment.
• Design Ariba–S/4HANA integration and SAP Business Network connectivity.
• Coordinate with FI, SD, MDG, and EWM architecture teams to ensure cohesive procurement flows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SAP Procurement architecture experience in transformation programs.
• Expert knowledge of S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba integration, and Vendor Invoice Management.
• Experience as a Procurement Architect on multi-stream or global SAP programs.
• Integration architecture knowledge across FI, SD, MDG, and EWM procurement flows.
• Strong governance and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or IT.

Nice to have

• SAP Ariba or SAP Procurement certification.
• Experience with SAP Business Network architecture.
